Hypnotick Entertainment and Arts Ltd (H.E.A.L.) Dance Academy: Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Booking
- All students must be registered via the Class4Kids portal before attending a session.
- Booking a class constitutes a binding agreement between the parent/guardian and Hypnotick Entertainment & Arts Ltd (H.E.A.L.).
2. Fees and Payments
- Fees are payable in advance via the Class4Kids platform.
- H.E.A.L. reserves the right to refuse entry if fees have not been paid prior to the start of the session.
3. Media Release & Filming (Crucial for your Film Slate)
- H.E.A.L. is a subsidiary of Crucial Timing Support Services Group (CTSSG) Ltd, a media and film production group.
- By attending classes, parents/guardians acknowledge that sessions may be filmed for promotional purposes, training materials, or as background content for Crucial Productions film projects.
- Any footage captured remains the sole Intellectual Property of CTSSG Ltd.
- If you do not wish for your child to be filmed, you must provide written notice to legal@HEAL-world.com before the first session.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
- Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during the registration process.
- While all precautions are taken, H.E.A.L. and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during class, provided all safety protocols were followed.
- Students must wear appropriate footwear and clothing for "Choreographed Sport" to minimise risk.
5. Code of Conduct (The D-League Standard)
- H.E.A.L. fosters a high-performance environment of respect and discipline.
- We reserve the right to exclude any student whose behaviour is disruptive or falls below the professional standards of the academy.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if H.E.A.L. cancels a session.
- Missed classes by the student are non-refundable, though we may offer a "catch-up" session at our discretion.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
- All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and is used solely for the administration of classes.
